Dr. Anthony Baird has been caring for families in Bountiful since he opened Millcreek Family Dental in 2003. He grew up just north of the area, and he chose to build his practice here for the small-town feel, the kind of place where families stay for generations and you run into your patients at the grocery store. After earning his bachelor's degree from Weber State University and his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, he has continued his education throughout his career, with a focus on smile design, full-mouth rehabilitation, and dental implants. His goal has always been the same: to provide the highest quality care in the least invasive way, with comfort as a priority.

What sets Dr. Baird apart is how he practices. He keeps his schedule intentionally unhurried so he can actually get to know the person in the chair, and he believes in laying out every option honestly rather than handing you a single plan and a price. He invests in technology only when it makes care better for patients, from same-day crowns he designs and mills right in the office to advanced planning tools for implants. Many of the patients who first walked through his doors in 2003 are still with him today, and some have brought in their children and grandchildren.

Outside the office, Dr. Baird and his wife Kim have three children. Most mornings start with a trail run alongside Bruno, the family's golden retriever, and many weekends find him mountain biking with a group of friends in the Utah mountains he loves. He has been a member of the Bountiful Rotary Club for two decades, where he helps host an annual car show called Coats for Kids that provides winter coats and boots for local children in need. After more than twenty years, being part of this community is still the reason he is glad to come to work.
